Martha Susi and I will be hosting a four-part “Self-Care Boot Camp” class on Monday evenings in January to help you get ready for the year ahead. The series will include a brief gentle yoga flow, a meditation, and a topic each week. The focus is on helping you create your best self for the new year ahead. Topics will range from detoxifying & weight loss through clean eating; the importance of meditation, gratitude, and exercise; nourishing yourself with beyond food, and more.
