Self-Care Bootcamp: Fall 2019

Join us for this fantastic way to start your fall season!

Martha Susi and I will be hosting a four-part “Self-Care Boot Camp” class on Monday evenings this fall to help you get supercharge yourself. The series will include a brief gentle yoga flow, a meditation, and a topic each week. The focus is on helping you create your best self. Topics will range from detoxifying & weight loss through clean eating; the importance of meditation, gratitude, and exercise; nourishing yourself with beyond food, and more.  The cost for this four-part transformative series is $299.  We need a minimum of eight people to hold the series.
