Late Winter/Early Spring 2019 Classes

My next session begins the week of February 25th and runs through mid April.

My classes are mostly all vinyasa classes, which simply means the poses flow one into the other.  Vinyasa is often referred to as a “flow” class. Regardless of the class you choose, keep in mind that everyone benefits from a regular yoga practice: strengthening, lengthening, relaxation, improved breathing, and mindfulness to name just a few.  Classes are bundled in sessions (dates are below).

Gentle Flow: More time in floor poses and which is a bit more gentle on the body; no yoga experience is required.

Vigorous Flow: At times this class will move quickly and/or have longer, more difficult holds and the class is intended for someone with some yoga experience.

All-Levels Flow: I will offer modifications for everyone whether you want to take it up or down a notch.  If you are new to yoga you will find it safe and comfortable and if you are experienced you’ll be able to modify to get the most out of your practice.

Make Up Policy: If you have to miss any class within your session you are welcome to make it up in any of my other classes during that session. So for example if you have to miss your regular Monday morning class, you can come to Wednesday evening that week (or any other week, either before or after the week you have to miss).  This way you can get the full value of your session.  And if you are unable to make up the class, you are welcome to give your class to a friend!

Monday Evening Vinyasa 

GENTLE FLOW

6-7 p.m.

Dates: February 25, March 4, 11, 18, 25, April 1, 8 (seven weeks $105)

MOVE & MEDITATE (NEW CLASS!)
Co-taught with Martha Susi, this class includes floor-based gentle yoga followed by meditation.

7:15-8:15 p.m.

Dates: Four Mondays in March: March 4, 11, 18, 25

Wednesday Evening Yoga
